I refuse to buy from Asda again, after buying a complete Thomas the Tank Engine DVD set which arrived damaged beyond belief.

And anyway, most of those Blu-rays are available at those prices elsewhere and from more reliable retailers.

I bought the complete Thomas The Tank Engine collection on DVD a couple of weeks ago in-store, and it wasn't damaged it all :/ great value box set, 12 seasons for £12.50, and the condition was great so I thought it was a good buy

Yeah, but I bought it online and the problem was that the inner card that holds the DVD cases in place was crushed and the outer box had a lot of pressure damage from where it was tossed around by DHL. It's just not designed to be sent in the post.

They're not that cheap lol. Thanks for the heads up.

ASDA are hit and miss as a supplier I recieved The Simpsons The Complete Seventh Season Marge Head DVD a few weeks ago and the slipcover was scuffed and ripped. I could own a brand new one for twenty years and it wouldn't have had that much damage to it. And the Bart head luckily didn't have a slip at all.

On Thomas The Tank Engine are these new ones or the live-action Ringo Star ones. I bet the ones with Alec Baldwin and Pierce Brosnan are awesome....

It was all the live-action episodes, so from Series 1-11.

Can you prove it by posting a photo, as someone elese said the same thing and it ended up being the US version.

How does your signature prove that it came with a slip.

It never came with a slipcover. So yes it is rare, so rare it never even existed.

I think I just assumed that, as a Pixar film, it came with one.

I didn't want to sound like a douchebag (and I'm not suggesting you implied that in your response either lol) saying it never came with one but we had this the other week (and the poster who had the US slip even bought it in Florida if I remeber lol), and it's a touchy subject for guys with all the other slips lol.

It's best to nip Wall E slip talk in the bud as fast as possible.
