Trying to obtain DVD/bluray covers from r1db.com, but having issues

Anyone here a member of the r1db.com cover art forums? There's a few covers I'd like to get from their site, and they can't be found anywhere else.

Problem is, after making an account there, it says I can't post, upload or download anything until I verify my account via email confirmation. But they haven't sent such email. Each time I click to resend the email, I get nothing.

Also tried contacting them via their "contact us" link, to no avail.

Try using a different e-mail address with a different provider. I know I used my primary hotmail address on a certain horror site a year or two ago and never received any e-mails to verify my membership, but when I provided an alternate address with google I was then able to receive the e-mails. It could be a weird issue with the site and your provider.

I originally had an account through them with my hotmail account. Even tried resetting the password with that email, and didn't get any password reset emails either.

That's when I made a new account with my gmail address via Google, and am now having issues receiving the verification email.

Frustrating x10.
