Default Hollywood’s lost art of film fighting

Fans of Martial arts/fighting films, do you have any problems with the way Hollywood is shooting fight scenes? ex. Quick cutting and sloppy editing(maybe to hide inexperienced actors). Why can't they can get it right? Would like to hear some comments on this.
