I'm no law major but I'm pretty sure they're taking away your right to participate in a class action lawsuit unless you write a letter to opt out.

ebay basically does whatever it want these days with their near monopoly on online auction

I'd rather lose a little $ here than deal on ebay but sometimes no one is buying so ebay is the only option
