That's how they get you. Just keep in mind shipping costs for each movie you buy. I belong to the club as well, they send some really good deals after you've met your membership requirements. I just got one for buy 1 get 1 free.

I figure if I spend less than $150 on the next 3 Blus I buy, Ill still end up paying less than $20 per title, which is a good deal for us Canadians

This offer is shady....

I decided to take a look and the first 2 titles that i added to my cart were Rambo and Jumper. Both of them appeared in my cart with the following next to the title "Count as 2."

So instead of 5 for $5, I would get 3 for $5, assuming of course i can find one more title that doesn't "count as 2"

....just an fyi

Yes, crappy selection... Im assuming they arent offering their full catalogue but Im not sure... waiting to be "approved" for membership

No Music Concert BD's? What's up with that? Forget it! The rest of the most limited selection I've ever seen sucks too!

I remember doing the CD thing many moons ago and it was a pain. Half the stuff they automatically shipped to me once a month weren't titles I was remotely interested in. Then I'd have to ship it back.....no thanks, not worth the effort.

And yeah...try to cancel even after your fullfillment has been realized. Good luck! You'll be on their mailing list for years!

I'm starting to see many more titles below $25 in Canada at all of the major B&M's, so if I want something right away I'll pick it up. If not, I'll save a few bucks and order from Amazon.com. Although their sales are starting to wear thin.

For some stupid reason they could the digital copy as an extra disc...

I guess this is only good for people starting out their collections

Just went on the site and bought 7 Blu-Rays .. although i wanted Rambo and Jumber i opted for a different selection of Blu's .. total came to 47$ .. wich in store woulda cost me about 220$+ for the same 7 blu's .. good deal !!

yeah i found out the other day, the only thing that annoys me about these mail order memberpship things is that they keep mailing you titles every month if you don't ask for them and charge ye -_-

i dont have the time to look thru their junkmail and check off a "dont mail me these great offers" and mail it back to them

i signed up anyways though

It can be annoying for sure. But you only have to open the letter every month or so and call a 1-887-bla bla phone # to cancel your monthly selection.

As easy as this.
