Is the Star Wars FU downloadable $9.99 Level worth it?

Just wondering, I ordered the first $4.99 skin BS and regret it. I couldnt care less about geeky skins, is this level long enough to be worth 10 bucks?

I am about to trade this game in, I found it hugely irritating and can't wait to be rid of it - don't reward Lucasarts by throwing more money at this awful game!!

I wouldnt go so far as to call it aweful, the game had amazing mechanics, I had a blast throwing storm troopers onto oncoming tie fighters. The game was too short and some maps/levels were boring. If this game had the same levels as previous Star Wars games it would have rocked.

I'm a huuuge star wars fan but couldn't bring myself to plunk down the cash for this game. I played the demo and it wasn't that great or fun. I'll buy when it hits around $20.

I did not like the demo, but that being said I am sure if you liked the game, then you would probaly enjoy an extra level.

I'm coming to hunt you down guy. The demo was pretty good! that level was amazing! Lift a storm trooper and smack him into the tie fighter and see what massive chaos you cause.

Like I said, I didnt enjoy some levels, but the gameplay is pretty darn good. I think it's the right direction for LucasArts to head into.

I want them to remove that dumb skin package that comes with the level and charge 4.99 instead. I already paid for another skin package and it's so stupid.

I completely bought in to the hype of SWTFU this fall. I played the demo & I enjoyed it. Then I purchased the full game back in September & I was completely let down of how the game seemed unfinshed in many areas. The storyline was spot on. The same for the graphics & game play mechanics. But the game became repetitve & dull. I returned my copy within 48 hours of launch day. This is MY opinon so please don't blast me for it. I wanted so much for this game to be what it "COULD" have been but I was greatly dissapointed but what it was. Oh well maybe next time!

yeah I agree after playing it some of the levels and powers were great I hope they try again and fix alot of the bugs exc. that kept the game from really Unleashing (no pun intended ) it's full potential.

* I haven't and won't pay 9.99 for an extra one lvl even tho I liked it.

I happen to really "GET" this game, so I can accept it's quirks. I cannot completely disagree with the people who loathe it, because I can see why they do. Having said that...I will say if you loved the rest of the game, you will LOVE the downloadable level. It makes you play a little differently and towards the end of it, you even have to use the Force differently then you usually have to.

When you download it though, be sure to select NEW GAME. You will keep about 95% of your original stats and this chapter fits into the rest of the story with cutscenes and everything.
