Iron Man question - Blu-ray Forum

I know, I know, another Iron Man bluray question. I searched, and couldn't find an answer, so hopefully you guys can help me. I'm working on a trade for my Iron Man, and the other person said there is a version of it that will only play in Pannys and PS3's, and a fixed one that will work in any player. Is this true, and if so, how can I find out which version I have? Thanks.

If you got it on or after release day it should be fine. There weren't too many that went out to the public that were defective. I do believe there's a UPC sticker over the printed sticker on the case though.

The defective ones were released in Canada. Very few made it to retailers in the US. I almost forgot about this.

i believe if the disc color was blue you are safe... the extras disc is gray...

just make sure its a blue disc not grey/silver

Is the special features disc an actual blu-ray or dvd because I've heard about some second discs being dvds but the main feature disc being on blu-ray?

I purchased Ironman in December 08 at BestBuy (chicagoland area). I popped it in my Samsung BD-P1500 and it did not play.

I disabled BD-Live in my BD player menu and Ironman loaded up without any issues (a bd-live flaw on the disc).

So everytime I want to watch Ironman, I have to disable BD-Live on my BD player.

was it the blue cover or grey cover? should have gotten replaced..
