Default Blu-ray in Dell XPS M1530?

Is it as good has the PS3? Any disadvantages to having it in a laptop? Is the PQ good?

it's not in 1080p, the resolution on the monitor is not going to be what you would expect my friend. you need at least a 17 inch monitor to get true hd, or use the hdmi output to plug into a 1080 tv set, for the size of the screen, it will be allright, just never ever take true form because the max resolution is 1200X800 on that laptop, not 1920X1080

one other thing to add as well is that the program that dell uses for blu-ray playback has a few kinks in it, try to play iron man or the dark knight right away, if it doesnt load, then call dell tech support immediately and have them send you updated drivers/ programs because it will not work correctly otherwise.

When I think about it, I guess I'm just looking to be able to watch my movies while I'm not at home.

Thanks for the tips!
