Does the UK Starship Troopers have the same grainy shot of Johnny Ricco on the bridge

Does the UK Starship Troopers have the same grainy shot of Johnny Ricco on the bridge. I just watched the US version yesterday and it was great except for one scene where Johnny Ricco is on the bridge of the ship if I remember right and his head is so incredibly grainy. Threw the whole thing off for a second or two but over all the rest of the movie looked great. I was just wondering if the UK version had the same flaw?
