Was the Oppo BDP-83 at CES '09? - Blu-ray Forum

I'm wondering, if anyone actually saw or heard anything about the player at CES ' 09. I am really interested in it and have put off buying the panasonic BD35 which is now almost impossible to find. Just wondering, do you think I made a mistake? So many people introduce these products and say they'll be out soon, but, sometimes, most of the time soon means 6 - 12 months or more. I am trying to hold out for the DVD-A & SACD capabilities (maybe) of this player; my existing player would go in the basement with the smaller HDTV. How soon to you guys think it will take before we (I) can pick one of these puppies up? I would really rather NOT hear about new products until they are actually 3 months or less from market; don't make us wait for stuff with no actual release date! I'd like to hear your thoughts!
