The Hills Have Eyes Blu-ray

I found an ad online stating the 20th Century Fox Blu-ray horror deals. However, it lists The Hills Have Eyes (The first one) being available for sale. I never heard of this even getting a release date for the US?? Here's a picture.

I believe the Hills Have Eyes 2006 is a UK import bluray, region free. Though I hope for an upcoming announcement of a US version.

I know that there is one in the UK, but I found that on an ad in the US...

It's on bloody-disgusting's website on the bottom of the page.

It has a video too, and when you play it, it says "The Hills Have Eyes" is on sale...

It's high time for a U.S. domestic release of the original and the remake, that's for sure.

Cant wait for this to come out. Havent seen it since theatres but I LOVED it when I saw it. Cant say the same for the sequel.

is one of the worst films i've ever seen.

Does this mean that we might be getting this release soon? It's strange that they would just put that up there for kicks. There has to be a reason why they advertised it and it doesn't have the UK ratings on the front, so it's obviously a US cover...Also, it was being advertised on bloody-disgusting and they don't advertise about Blu-Ray releases in other parts of the world.

Interesting...

The video even shows cuts from the film and actually lists it by name as well as showing the cover. Now they have my attention.

You know, lately at the movie theater, I've seen this add for Fox Horror films on Blu-ray and they have been showing clips of Hills Have Eyes. It also had mainly shown clips from 28 Weeks Later too with Robert Carlyle running from the infected in the opening.

Yeah, maybe. I haven't heard any official announcements or dates, but doesn't make sense for them to put that in the ad if they don't plan on releasing it soon. Maybe they're working on a release date...hopefully...

It is region free in the UK, and cheap.

The Hills Have Eyes Blu-ray

It is the "unrated" version.

Unless they have fixed it though, the back cover actually shows pics from HHE 2...

Hey guys, I live in Australia and i bough both movies in a double pack because the price was so good i figured i might aswel get both even tho the 2nd one isin't that good. The picture and audio are excellent on both movies! Both in 1080p and DTS-HD Master Audio
