yeah, i didnt even realize sig did all thse sales. i wonder if bb and fs will price match these sales. as soon as they get a title up there that i need i'm gonna go in and give it a shot.

I've had my local Toronto Best Buy price match SIGElectronics.com. I showed customer service a print-out of SIG's Transformers Blu-ray for $22.50. Best Buy listed Transformers at $32.99. They priced matched plus took off 10% of the difference (10% of $10.50=$1.05)= $21.45CAD+Tax.

In the past 2 months I've had 6 price matches on 4 Blu-ray's (twice for Bourne Trilogy twice for Body of Lies) from Best Buy showing internet print-outs. No hassles what-so-ever.

However, I've had price matching problems with Future Shop (3 times for a digital camera) and Wal-Mart (for a Blu-ray) showing internet print-outs.

Yes, I have purchased from SIG Markham before. They have very good prices but are very limited (or out-of-stock) in their selection.

really eh? internet printouts? thankyou very much for that insight. i myself have had thje reverse fortunes... futureshop will always accomodate my price matches, but bestbuy never does here where i live in pickering-ajax. but i have never tried an internet printout, so will try to do that. thankyou again.

Prices are back to normal, BB at $14.99 and TDK at $22.99. The latter is still better than most stores.

has anyone tried buying the movies the next day after it's been posted on the site, before the 12pm deadline?

all the sales show the movies are on sale from Feb Day1 at 12pm till Feb Day2 12pm.

I asked my sis to grab Prince Caspian for me the day after that title was on sale, at like 11am, and they refused to give it to her at the one day sale price?

this was in the Richmond Hill location FYI.

anyone else have this problem?

Yeah, weird huh? I've had problems with Future Shop and Wal-Mart as regards to price matching (opposite to yours).

I've read both Future Shop and Best Buy's price match policy. They are identical except for one thing from Best Buy:

...should you find a lower advertised price, including those on the internet from an authorized Canadian Dealer, we will match that price and beat it by giving you an additional 10% of the difference.

Check it out here. This is I assume why I haven't had any problems showing internet print-outs with BB. It's even on the wall in 12" sized font at my local Best Buy. The just have to be Canadian companies in Canadian dollars. Show them this at customer service and you shouldn't have any problems. Hope this helps!

Hmm, I'd suggest ordering online for pick-up. I caught a pricing error on Iron Man last month, they changed it around 11am the next day but my receipt overpowered them basically haha.
