DVD Planet's international shipping policy

Last week I placed an order for Cohen Collection's blu-ray of Intolerance via DVD Planet. I used them because even allowing for postage, their price was the most competitive. However, a week after my order, the tracking facility still shows the BD as waiting for shipping.

I have sent them an e-mailed query but does anyone know why there is such a delay in shipping out?

I've read some of the comments on the US forum thread, think you will find they are slow whether shipping in the US or internationally; just the way they are!
