I've watched episodes 1-3 with the wife and am really enjoying it.
The PQ is great, but I am wondering about the black levels. I have properly calibrated LCD TV, but the blacks seem crushed. Is is possible that the BD is the full 0 - 255 range of blacks and whites? (i.e. BTB and WTW) Has anyone else experienced this? Is this the way the blacks are supposed to look on a properly calibrated TV (16 - 235)? |
