Welcome everyone to the Price Matching Thread

This is the thread that you can discuss anything to do with Price Matching.
Some Blu Rays, HDTV'S, Audio,Home Threater, Etc.. are really expensive and most stores like BB (if not all) will glady price match the item and get it 4 the lowest price around!!

I've had success (not luck) price matching SIG Electronics at my local Toronto Best Buy. I just showed a SIG internet print-out at customer service. I've tried SIG price matching at Future Shop 3x's with no success

Stores love to advertise price matching, but really don't want to.

Case in point--I went to Best Buy to price match another vendor plus I had a manufacturer's coupon for $5 off. They agreed to the price match, but wouldn't give me the $5 off. When I explained that this was a manufacturer's coupon which would refund them the $5 whether I got the price match or not, they said it was "double dipping" and couldn't do it. They offered me the option of the price match or the coupon--but not both.

The solution--go to another Best Buy that would do it.

Or go to the store that you were trying to PM.

SO.. The Slience of Lambs is 44.19 at BB..But somewhere its priced at 14.99 So will BB price match it?
