Default Taste of members is growing

Have you noticed that there has been a trend at Bluray.com? The taste of its members is growing! People are experimenting with seperates, going to higher-end gear and becoming more informed. This is what I wanted to see take place here. I just didn't expect it to happen this fast. How many of you have been affected by some ones knowledge such as Big Daddy, JJ, Crackin, and Betaman? What drove some of you into upgraditis - especially during an economic recession? Finally - how many of you can see the dividens of good equipment coupled by good technology - because good technology with out good gear (especially on the sound end) leaves one with a shakey foundation indeed. If you have a good sonic foundation - you can even enjoy DD or DTS programing (let alone what lossless will sound like ). I've always stated that DD or DTS coming out of a good system will sound better than lossless coming out of a bad one - foundation is the key.
