From what I'm told, Vista and Server 2008 SP2 are now available on MSDN/Technet for subscribers.

The SP works for both Vista AND Server 2008.

Here's the details:

Windows Vista Service Pack 2 and Windows Server 2008 Service Pack 2 for all editions (x86, x64, i64) - DVD (English, French, German, Japanese, Spanish)
