Anyone hate how the Blu-ray logo gets pealed off - Blu-ray Forum

Seriously I just bought Star Trek season 1 and as I was taking off the sticker on the top it tore the front blu-ray logo off the box. This isn't the only blu-ray where this has happend.

I think it annoys everyone. I've had a few that were smart and had the security sticker around the sticker but that was only a handful.

I've never had that happen to me yet, but then I haven't closely inspected my cases either. Think I'll have a quick peek and see!

What are you guys referring to? The imprinted recessed silver logo at the top/front border? It takes the paint off or sumfin?

peel slow. most distributors have gotten better about going around the decal. not like in the old days where every seal went right over it.

I've guess I've never had this happen to me as I just split the top manufacturer's seal and just leave it on. I actually consider it part of the blu ray, since the movie title is on it and don't peel it off because of this. Anyone else leave it on because of this? LOL
