Default Your thoughts on the Philips 42PFL7603D

Hey guys,

I was originally looking at getting the 40W4500 from Sony but that's no longer being made and id rather go with the newer model...but its got clouding issues (which id rather not take the chance with.)

I was wondering if anyone has any opinions on the Philips 42PFL7603D (http://www.amazon.co.uk/exec/obidos/ASIN/B00163K0HI/) ??

It has a very good writeup on What Hi Fi (http://www.whathifi.com/Review/Philips-42PFL7603D/) which is basically all im using to base my decision on.

Also do you think the Ambi light would be too over powering in a small room?

Feel free to suggest any other 40/42" LCDs

I'm thrilled by my 37' 9603 Philips if that is of any help. The picture has a very bright and fresh touch, is very detailed and is the next best in terms of warmth to a quality plasma. The sound is very decent for my little room. My only complaint is that I totally don't dig into their "natural motion" algorithm which I always keep switched off. Regards
