Imagine how amazing it would be to have the Arrested Development seasons on bluray. On the front of the case you could have Tobias saying 'I'm afraid I just blu myself'

They could release them probably when the movie hit the theathers. (Arrested Development: The Movie is in the works, as you know it). I watched the entire series 4 times, and will def. watch again for the 5th time if they release on blus.

Same here. I just finished watching it for the 4th time. It never gets old, I notice new jokes each time! The movie is going to be amazing.

I have dvdrips of the entire series on my computer and i've watched the whole thing about 7 times over. The only thing refraining me from purchasing the dvds is the hopefully eventual release of AD blu-rays.

Talking about piracy on the boards is not a good way to get a studio to consider a release. And of all studios, Fox is surely reading the boards for who's interested in what.

Even though I've purchased the entire series, I would do it again on Blu-ray. This is one of my all time favorite shows and I really hope they go through with making the movie...

There's no proof that I obtained them through any "pirate methods". Maybe my hermano let me borrow his copies and I ripped them onto my computer?

Unless you live with your brother... That's still pirating as you didn't buy them yourself. You made a copy of someone elses.

True, he did, but the point here is that if Fox releases them on Blu-Ray, he will go out and PURCHASE legit copies, so all the more reason for Fox to look at this as a reason to release them on Blu-Ray.

If Fox is reading this, I hope they will consider a single "Complete Series" release on Blu as opposed to single seasons relesed separately

I think that would be more enticing for me. I kust bought the 3 seasons not too long ago so I'll be glad if these would come out when the movie does as I might buy them then.

Arrested Development is my all time favorite sitcom; it makes me laugh harder and more often than any other show.

Jeff Kleist (Digital Bits) has indicated several times that unless a TV series sells big on DVD it probably won't have a BD release, especially catalog.

So the irony is that those of you here who are saying "I didn't buy the DVD in hopes of a BD version" probably screwed yourself over.

(For the record, I bought the complete series on DVD).

I bought all the 3 seasons (does that count as a complete series, or is there an another edition named complete series that i didn't aware of) on dvd and they're one of the best dvds i've ever have. The packaging is awesome, the extras (i couldn't believe when i saw the score music of the show was on dvd as a bonus feature) were Super-B. It really deserves the money, and can't imagine the bluray editions and what's to come. Maybe they could release it with the movie (like they did in Dead Like Me: Complete Series DVD)

How did we screw ourselves? I could walk outside right now and go purchase the dvd series, but I'm holding off on it in the hopes of a BD release. If we get official conformation that AD won't be released on BD then I'd purchase the dvds

I'm saying that if enough people don't buy the show on DVD, then it will never come out on BD.

Since you and others aren't buying the DVD now, you won't get the chance to buy it later on BD anyway.
