Season 3 started tonight on CBS at 9pm....

Flashpoint is about an elite tactical unit, called the Strategic Response Unit (SRU), within a Canadian metropolitan police force (styled on the Toronto Police Emergency Task Force[3]). The SRU are tasked to resolve extreme situations that regular officers are not trained to handle including hostage-taking, bomb threats and heavily armed criminals. Equipped with high-tech tools and a cache of weapons and explosives, members use negotiation tactics and intuition to try to avoid the use of force.

Actually, Season 3 started tonight on CBS. I DVR'd it.

Season 3....I thought it was 2

Its was pretty good for the season premiere.

Yeah, Season 3 is back!

Season two they split up and for some reason they listed the second half of two as a third season, but Season 3 starts up.

Good show, and it stars Hugh Dillon from a brilliant Canadian murder mystery show called Durham County

Before CBS imported this show, I saw a preview screening of it in Vegas. The preview was so awful I have never been able to watch the show even though I can tell they reworked it quite a bit.

I watched the first season and then forgot about it. Will start catching up on seasons 2 and 3 on Netflix....

watch this show occasionally, really good episode tonight.

Think one of them played Veronica Mars's dad.

Enrico Collantoni, who's Veronica Mars dad, is the head of the Flashpoint unit.

Hugh Dillon, the bald guy, is from Durham County, another great show from Canada.

I haven't watched this for awhile. the last episode I saw was somewhere around the time when that kid took those people hostage in the motel, and it was all because of something about his sister and some red headed chick he was feening over. And no it wasn't Charlie Brown. lol.

I've got a bunch of eps to catch up on.

Keep hearing/reading about Durham County, sounds like another great crime show like DaVinci's Inquest and Night Heat.

The remaining episodes of season three resumed last night with #8, titled "Collateral Damage"; #9 will be on next week, and #11

scheduled for May 20 (not sure when #10 will be aired).

I enjoy this show quiet a lot, I have lastnight episode on the the DVR waiting for me when I get home later.
