Kumusta pare! That's the full extent of the Tagalog I know. My wife is fluent though. I was born here in the states but my parents are from the Batangas.

What's funny is that even though I can't speak tagalog, I sure am good at cooking filipino food!

I want to make Sinigang tonight but I feel lazy so it's Longanisa time!

Since you're lazy and you're in West Covina just go to Amar/Azusa and buy it

I know but my wife and I are trying to save money since we just bought a car. I like the DJ's there. The mall near me (Puente Hills Mall) has a Jollibee, Red Ribbon, Chow King, and Max's now.

I used to go to that place a lot with my ex-gf. A lot has changed since then.

Best filipino food place I've ever been to is Tita Celia's in Carson

Uhm guys, have you tried to online shop? I mean amazon sells blu-ray discs in a low price. And blu-rays here in the Philippines are not that many yet. Only a few titles. They don't have yet TDK, TSR, Godfather and many more. I'm thinking if it's safe to do an online shopping at Amazon. So I'm asking for your opinions. I'm not a rich kid so I don't want my money to be wasted. (Tulungan niyo po ako. Safe po bang magonline shopping from Amazon then maidedeliver ba ng tama papunta dito sa Pinas?)

Amazon is the best place IMO to buy online. I always get my blu-rays from there. Now, I'm not sure if the deliver to Pinas, but if they do and you order from them you won't be let own.

Yeah and it should be the same region coding too so that's not a problem. With your close proximity to AUS and JPN though take that into consideration for the exchange rate and shipping prices.

How much is the shipping fee for the Philippines if I'll order? And how long before it will be delivered?
