Now depends weather you're going to open the steel or keep it sealed.
The UK paper is covering most of the skull picture which I hate.
The anoying Dutch sticker can always be removed no matter what.

You can always wait and see the French and the supposed Germany edition
This SteelBook have a lot, so no worries.

Thanks for your concern. Region coding is not a problem for me as I have a Region ALL LG BH200.

On this very topic of Region Coding, does anyone have a good disclaimer on this. I recently sold a Region B title to someone in the US who paid using paypal. He wrote to me yesterday saying the title won't play in his US PS3 and today he has filed a paypal dispute against me. I am very pissed off because firstly he has opened the sealed title so even if he returns it, the title has lost value since it is no longer new. Most importantly I clearly listed the item as a Region B title but I did not have any disclaimer saying buyer must have a Region B player etc. I have a perfect trading record and this is my very first dispute. I don't know how paypal dispute handles this sort of thing, whether buyer's ignorance is protected etc.

Does anyone has a good disclaimer that they don't mind sharing with me pertaining to the above issue?

MOD: If the above discussion is not suitable, please feel free to remove. But I will be very appreciative if someone experienced in writing disclaimer can give me a lending hand or points me to a good disclaimer that I can use in the future.

Thanks in advance

sschen I don't know any disclaimer but in your dispute, if you haven't state yeat, you should state that you cleared describe this is a Region B blu-ray disc AND since he already opened you are not able to accept any return.

I did put in the dispute that the item was listed as a Region B locked title. I did not say anything about returning it though, is this bit important to get a more favorable response?

as far as I understand the dispute is about the fact that the disc won't play.
There are several things that can happen after he file a claim to paypal:
-Paypal allow him to send back the item;
-Paypal ask him to proof that the item is not as described;

I'm not sure it will help, but if you explain that an open item lost it's value and if paypal can understand this point.. then it's not your fault. Even a store you only can return if a item is not open.
You sold this item in or off ebay?

Thanks for shifting my posts to this new thread.

No, I am not in the US. For transparency sake, this transaction does not involve any member here.

Basically I listed a Dutch Region B locked BD title (not a steelbook) on ebay and a US buyer bought it. The title was listed as a Region B locked title but I did not have a disclaimer on the listing. After all, I don't run a moviestore business so it is just a plain simple listing.

He actually sent me an ebay message yesterday saying his PS3 can't play the disk and wants a refund. So I wrote back yesterday telling him it is a Region B locked title and that he should have been aware that his setup can't play non Region A title. I pointed to him that the listing clearly states that it is a Region B title. There is a thread on an UK forum which shows that some UK Region B PS3 owners had some success with playback of some Region A locked titles. I even tried to help him by giving him link to that thread.

Next thing I know, I got a paypal dispute claim today!!

I feel I haven't done anything wrong, apart from failing to have a disclaimer!!

I always see "Buyer Protection" whenever I see the paypal logo etc, but never any "Seller Protection"?

So does the system only protect ignorant buyers, and not honest sellers?
