I got this email this morning from dvdpacific. I checked Dvdempire.com and they don't have it listed anymore

How long ago did you make the pre-order? I've heard of DvdPacific randomly doing stupid shit like this before if your order has been sitting idle too long.

I'm pretty sure it's DvdPacific just making a mistake. I have seen in the past where a product gets its release date pushed back once or twice, and they just cancel your order and refund your money with that exact same excuse that it's been discontinued.

I didn't know that - curious to see how quickly these sell. Are all Raro releases limited to 2,000 copies?

I assume it's limited to 2000 copies more to market demand than any limited edition scheme. These type of movies don't sell in large numbers.
