When naughty George and Harold hypnotise their headteacher, they accidentally create the greatest superhero in the history of their school — Captain Underpants! Rob Letterman (Shark Tale, Monsters vs Aliens) would be the director, but rumors are that he got replaced with David Soren (Turbo). The studio didn't confirm this yet. CAPTAIN UNDERPANTS is the first DreamWorks Animation production where the animation itself is happening by another studio, being Mikros. The French studio that animated the eye-popping 'The Little Prince'. Word is they want to stay as true to the original drawings as possible. Much like the 3D interpretation of 'The Peanuts Movie' (BlueSky).
