Default Panasonic DMP-BD35 and BD-Live

Hi:

I recently received Cinderella Man on and wanted to use the BD-Live feature on the disk but an error occurs telling me the profile for my unit must be 2.0 in order to use BD-Live. I know i the pany DMP-BD35 is BD profile 2.0. I called Panasonic but received little help. What I have done:

upgraded the firmware to 1.9 via the ethernet connection on the box
changed the setup to allow all internet activity

What have I missed?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Thank you for the quick response. Why would I have to have a SD inserted for BD-live to function? What is stored on the SD?

Again, thanks for your help!

You need the SD card because your blu-ray palyer has no internal memory. Without a SD card you will not be able to access any BD-Live content.
