Distorted video on playback for rented bd (netflix), but ok with the purchased ones. Does anybody have a solution or an idea? tu

Any particular disc/movie or all of them?
What player software are you using?
Distorted - how? Pixelated? Wavey lines? LSD Flashbacks?

all bd rented movies, is like the copy protection kicks in. i'm using power dvd.

Copy protection exists on all Blu-ray Discs - purchased vs rented is irrelevent.
Are you playing on the computer monitor?
A HDTV?

Not that it should matter unless the HDCP handshake was broken - but then *ALL* Blu-ray Discs would be doing it.

Can you take a picture or screen shot of the distortion?
