This movie needs an American release. The DVD is alright. Americans need to explain why the Major League Soccer is popular since there isn't any Major League Soccer films! Not even one!

Agree that GSH is an amazing film, and should be on Blu-ray. I first saw this in the theater back in the 200X's, and was impressed at the acting range that Elijah Wood displayed; great role, and a fantastic story (before I saw GSH, I had only seen him in the LOTR films). Also, prior to seeing this film, I wasn't really aware of the UK Football "culture", so the film was also educational - in addition to being entertaining.

One of my favorite scenes in the film was at the end, when the EW character came back to the U.S. & confronted the

[Show spoiler]cowardly scum-bag former college room-mate - who he had taken the fall for re: the drugs found in their room. Great scene when he revealed that he had taped the room-mate's confession (to clear his own name), and was more than willing to beat the crap out of him if necessary - due to his having gained strength/confidence fighting in the UK as a member of the football gang. The fact that the former room-mate cowered in fear - and that he didn't need to fight him - made the scene all the better.
