Default Panasonic DMP-BD35 Audio problems

My Panasonic DMP-BD35 has issues where the audio on some discs drops out to low levels then jumps back up to normal volume levels. It's especially noticeable on The Dark Knight BD. Anyone else notice this issue?

Have you updated your player to the latest firmware update, and how you are connecting through HDMI directly to TV or AVR.Again does this happened only with specific titles or most of them.

European firmware update is 1.5 and North America is 1.9

Have you turned down DRC or OFF ,or if you want me to elaborate more the Dynamic range during listening at night.Read the manual please it is well instructed there.
