Default Vinyl Playlist: What would you choose?

In anticipation of being able to listen to some vinyl again, after far too many months of having been denied that pleasure, I started thinking about what I would put on after having it all set up properly.

I'm not a metal, rap/hiphop, country fan, so you won't find any of those in my selections, but regardless of that, what would you choose if you had to pick some LP's from your collection that you really wanted to play?

Here are mine:

1. Ricky Lee Jones - Self-Titled
2. Supertramp - Crisis? What Crisis?
3. Stevie Wonder - Songs In The Key Of Life
4. Steve Winwood - Arc Of A Diver
5. Tears For Fears - The Hurting
6. David Bowie - Young Americans
7. Pink Floyd - Wish You Were Here
8. Alan Parsons Project - Tales Of Mystery And Imagination
9. Paul McCartney - Ram
10. Kate Bush - Wuthering Heights

There are many others that will probably make it, but these albums will for sure.

John

I'd take a vacation from work and play EVERYTHING. How's that?

If I could, I would! Just had a week 2 weeks ago and my next one isn't due until October! I guess bad timing!

Tough call! I'd definately go far Ricky Lee Jones, Pink Floyd, and Kate Bush. So much good music and so little time to enjoy it!

John,

Put the Supertramp at the #1 spot. It's pace and rythm are perfect after a long layoff from vinyl. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

Will try that one, bought his Gossip In The Grain vinyl and it's still sealed. . Excellent suggestion. And definately some Doors as well.

It is a tough call indeed. . Additionally I also recently received The Annie Lennox Collection from Amazon UK.....I'm sure that'll find its way in there as well.
