The first movie didn't get a new special edition, just a new cover. Part 3 might get some special treatment when Salvation hits home video later in the year.
But honestly, what more do they need to do with it? It's pretty damn great already. I don't see the point in Warner Brothers devoting any more time to this title when the current release is already solid. Last edited by benricci; 06-04-2009 at 08:01 PM. |

They could add HD audio, the current release is only Dolby Digital.

I imported the UK version & it's a big difference with the Dolby TrueHD soundtrack.
It's a big improvement over the US with the Dolby Digital soundtrack & the standard DVD. Sony released it last month in the UK with the Dolby TrueHD soundtrack to coincide with the new Terminator movie. It was well worth the money to import it. |
