yea i ordered a tv from there.. BUt the carrier was CEVA... CEVA sucked ( had a hole through my screen, and i mean it looks like someone put a fist through it, and had to be sent back )
But amazon worked with me and was doing everything possible to keep me as a customer , so they gave me a $250 refund to my Credit card and sent a new one out right away and took the old one when they delivered the new one... Bottom line.. It doesnt matter the carrier, amazon will treat you right and make things happen |

I order my sammy from them. CEVA delivered it with top notch service, but YOU have to tell them you want to see the TV before they leave. They unpackaged it for me and waited for me to set it up. Once the TV was on and working fine did I sign the paperwork for reciever the TV.
I had a friend order a 52inch sharp from dell.com, I told her specifically to check the TV for any damage/if it was working properly. To make a long story short, she didn't. She gave the TV to her paretns for christmas, and when they plugged it in after opening it, it didn't work ![]() |

I ordered my current TV from Amazon and it worked fine for the first two weeks. It broke somehow and needed a board replaced. I didn't want to return it (although I was tempted to exchange it for a bigger size), so I had Sony repair it. It's been fine ever since. It was well worth it too. At the time, my TV was $400 cheaper than Best Buy, no shipping, no tax. You can't beat that.

HUm, love amazon here. My paks always seem to get here 1-2 days before the tracker says they will.
