I have been looking for a region free player for quite some time and we recently just got an LG 4K TV and was wondering if any 4K multi region players exist, especially if you live in Canada

A few. https://www.220-electronics.com/regi...d-blu-ray.html I;m not sure if it would be a better idea since 4K is still trying to mature a bit (HDR/HLG/HDR+/HDR Imax/DV, etc still sorting itself out) if getting a straight Region Free Bluray player and a good to above average UHD wouldn't in the long run be a better deal. Esp since I;m not overly fond of LG players and Samsung is already fleeing which leaves Sony's and a high end Pioneer, with OOP and increasingly expensive Oppo's. The excellent Panasonic doesn't seem to have a Region Free solution yet -- I think a Region Free 820 would be be a killer unit |

Far more cost efficient just to get a regular 4K player (ever a higher end player like the Panny 820) and separate Modded Bluray player (even a OPPO 103) |
