Default Close To Pulling The Trigger On AVR

guys Im close to making a purchase before I pull the trigger, any final thoughts on the Pioneer vsx 03.......any major flaws?

Any other receiver in its $$ class(500-600) thats clearly better than the vsx 03?

Thanks

The nice thing about Pioneer Elite VSX-03TXH is that it is going on clearance pricing at a lot of places, and the price just seems to keep dropping.

Pioneer may be unveiling a new line of Elite series receivers soon, so this is the a great time to get in on of their current ones. I wouldn't wait too much longer, though. At some point, many places will run out of stock on them. It's already getting harder to find an Elite SC-05.

The 03 also has pre-outs, making it an ideal receiver to upgrade with. It's really not a bad choice at all.

Sorry I don't have anything to compare it to, but that's because you are getting a fine receiver for a nicely discounted price.

The 03 is a great AVR, eventhough I'm not using the internal amp, the processor is great, I upgraded from the Integra DTR-5.8.
