YES! I spent ages watching the first and linking all of the plot together in the 3D spider diagram thing. Full voice, thankyouvery much! Maybe the bits cut because of 9/11 won't be cut AND the ending will make more sense.

News from the Kojima productions report:

This will also include the original Digital Graphic Novel WITH voice acting (original version didn't) but so far no NA or EU release announced.

I don't know why Konami never completed the PSP version of MGS2: DGN but they should get back to it if the PSN download model is much more attractive for something that usually releases at a cheaper price like this and as far as I can tell, retailers don't stock for as long.
