anyone ever use them should I be leary of them?

Based on resellerratings.com, they have an 8.68 lifetime rating but a 2.5/10 for the last 6 months. Not sure what is going on with them recently.

BTW, I have never used them.

when purchasing a product through a company like DBUYS and you "DONT"
buy a warrenty through the company will the products manufactors warrenty still be valid?

Im considering a pioneer avr at this site

what is the difference between ordering over the phone vs. ordering online. just curious,I'm going to buy a TV through an online retailer in a few weeks. Should I order over the phone so I get the manufacturers warranty

dont know I thought I read once you have to do a phone order to get pioneer warrenty...if thats so, I may never get through I was on the 2x over 30 mins each time and never spoke with a rep. so Im a little discouraged with this site however if a online purchase is the same as a phone order then fine I'll do business with them.

any help please?
