Question DTS-MA trouble with a specific movie

I was recently watching the Die Hard collection that I own on blu-ray. For some reason on the second movie, my reciever doesn't seem to decode it. Now the first, 3rd, and fourth movie all work fine, as do any other movie I put in to try. My Oppo blu-ray player oddly enough does seem to decode it, but my reciever still doesn't. I wasn't sure if this is a known issue, something I'm doing wrong, or I just have a bad disc. I really like figuring out how these things work, or in this case why they don't, so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

On a side note I can get the second movie to produce the other basic formats, but not the DTS-MA.

Contact them about it and they will get you a new disc.
I hated when this happened to me.

Course to my knowledge the new disc is the same as the old. Mine was the exact same. Luckily you can let your player do the decoding and send it out as PCM and it works fine. Just has to do with the flagging of the audio track- they somehow didn't do it right.

Come on Fox your taking the *****

Has anyone recieved/bought a fixed copy? Have I just been unlucky and bought an old copy?
like the second quote from an older, different post, i only have problems with disc 2. disc 1,3&4 all are DTS-HD-MA, however, disc 2 is DTS-HD-HR, not lossless but Hi-res lossy. It sounds fine to me. Don't know why they only had this issue with one disc out of the set of four. it's definitely a disc mastering issue because, whether you bought it in the set or as and individual movie #2, the problem exist. again, for me it sounds great so i'm not gonna go trying to get any disc exchange program unless there is certainty that the issue has been resolved. the last two posters on the bottom post above said that they either purchased it new, just last month or did do the replacement and still get DTS-HD-HR so, we are stuck with that codec. I'm sure that is the issue, my Oppo (when hitting the display button) shows the HR codec and my receiver Onkyo 805 also shows the HR codec both in 5.1 (sounds great too) so i would imagine that you should be seeing the same thing. go back, put the movie in start it up and press display on the Oppo and check what it says in the bottom left hand of the screen.
if your not getting the DTS-HD-HR then, your receiver may not support it. if your using the oppo, like i am and if you have a receiver that supports DTS-HD-HR then you should see that if you are bitstreaming the audio. check your receivers to see if they actually support the "HR" codec as not all do.

keep us posted
