My school just sent me an award letter saying that I qualify for a Pell Grant of $4500.00. I think its something like $1500.00 a semester.I have two questions.
1. From the $1500.00 I only need like $300.00 for books is there a way to ask for some of the other amount to buy a laptop for school, or does the rest automatically vanish? 2. It seems like a lot that their giving me and I'm afraid I made a mistake somewhere. However, I had to do a verification this time where I had to send in my tax transcripts and even a letter from my wife's doctor advising of her due date for the baby. I'm thinking they would have had to look over everything. Do you guys think I should worry, or just accept the money? |
