USA Unbreakable or Deja Vu?

Okay, I have a $10.00 Target GC for buying Jonas Bros. and Princess Protection Program for my niece last week, I'm kinda low on green right now so which Blu-ray should I get, Deja Vu would be 6.99 and Unbreakable would be 4.99 + tax after GC, I have not seen either film, but they BOTH are supposed to be great! The only M. Night film I've seen is The Sixth Sense which i have on standard DVD, WHICH ONE SHOULD IT GET?!

Just IMO:

Get Deja Vu. I enjoyed it more and it has more action and sound effects to shine on blu.

Sorry about the Jonas "incident" bravo on making it work for you though...

I own both and personally I like Unbreakable better. It's MKnights best movie. But I also like comics and graphic novels - which is included in the plot of Unbreakable.

Why not buy a movie that you actually like, instead of one that you've never seen?

They're both good movies, but different moods. Unbreakable is more of an "art" film, with a slow, thoughtful pace. It focusses more on character, including an estranged marriage. There's not much action to speak of.

Deja Vu has more action, but it also has a deep emotional core. It deals more with lost opportunities, and how a person would behave if given another chance.

Op has not seen either. At the expected out of pocket, the only way to actually see them before buying is to borrow. Renting would throw the savings out...

Maybe you should throw up a poll. Wait a few days and buy the winner...

Honestly, I like them both.

I do like Unbreakable a little more - it's one of those movies that's a little different from the mainstream, that makes you think a little more than usual.

Deja Vu is also a great movie that has more action if you're looking for that.

I loved Unbreakable, there's some quality acting from Bruce Willis and Samuel L Jackson whose final speech is simply superb
