Wow - I thought this was already out. I must have the US copy.

Anyway, this is a very under-rated movie. I'd seen it when I was a kid and it didn't measure up to the DOLLARS movies so I lumped it in with JOE KIDD (which IS pretty dull, imo) as a misfire. But watching it again a year or two ago, I realised it's actually a pretty complex and interesting film, which foreshadows Eastwood's later revisionism. If you haven't seen this one, I'd give it a look.

It's in the Clint Eastwood Collection box set along with the Man with No Name trilogy, not sure if standalone as well.

Only released has a single in US land, region free so picked it up, but like 'Piranha' was only available in the US so will probably swap it out when it arrives here.

According to Amazon's run time info the region B blu ray is only 110 minutes

whereas the region A is 114 minutes. Is the US version region A as stated on Amazon.com or region free? Anyone know?

I'd imagine that Amazon's run time info is a mistake (you really can't go by what's on their site) and that both editions run the exact same 24fps length.

I believe that the US BD is Region Free.

Can someone who owns the UK version please check the subtitles from the disc? I know Bluray.com and Amazon only list English and Spanish, but it wouldn't be the first time they're inaccurate.

Oh I see. In that case, I'm sorry to report English and Spanish are the only subtitles available on the UK release.
