Default Family-friendly PSP games?

I'm looking for recommendations on good quality games for PSP that are also family-friendly. (My kids are 3, 5 and 11.) PSN titles are OK, too.

Suggestions?

I'll list some of the ones I've found, and I'll keep it updated for any other parents out there who are curious, if there's interest.
  • Buzz Master Quiz
  • Daxter
  • Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee
  • Hot Shots Golf: Open Tee 2
  • Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon
  • LocoRoco
  • LocoRoco 2
  • Me and My Katamari
  • Midway Arcade Treasures Extended Play
  • Pangya: Fantasy Golf
  • Patapon
  • Patapon 2
  • Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters
  • Secret Agent Clank
  • The Bigs 2
  • WipEout Pulse
  • WipEout Pure

Daxter is a fantastic platform game. One of the only PSP games I ever completed.

WipEout's pretty hardcore so I don't know how well they'd cope with single-player in the two PSP games.

Me and My Katamari lacked visual polish I think and the two-stick controls but it probably wouldn't bother them. Good to go apart from that.

You could try LocoRoco and some other demos.

I'd definitely add Patapon 1 & 2 and LocoRoco 1 & 2 to the list. Lots of fun and very kid friendly.

There are also some arcade collections out there - I have the midway one that has Klaxx, Gauntlet, Spy Hunter, Joust, and several others in it. That would probably work too.

Pangya: Fantasy Golf is pretty much similar to Hot Shots Golf, Cars, Spongebob, Ben 10, Secret Agent Clank, Diner Dash, maybe Dragon Ball Z perhaps?

This might actually be more helpful...
http://www.us.playstation.com/Search?search&s=games

Go there select psp as the system filter and then go down to esrb select Everyone, everyone 10 is games appropriate for 10 years and older , and everyone is just everyone..

From there you can get a good list, reference pictures and synapses..
and when in doubt you can ask us about the individual titles..

Cheers...

I checked all of these out. Thanks (to everyone) for the suggestions!

Personally, I think quality is an important factor--even in a game for kids--so I only added games to the list above that averaged 70% or better in reviews: Pangya and Secret Agent Clank. DBZ qualifies, but it's rated T, so I intentionally left it off.

I've had lots of friends recommend Daxter. I might pick that up today, since we're taking the kids on a trip this weekend.

Genius, thank you! I like how this also factors in the PSN games. Very helpful. Looks to be about 175 titles so some homework might be necessary to determine which games are of a decent quality and what's garbage, but it's extremely helpful.

Glad that was helpful, I admit Im shocked they separated Everyone into 2 sections, Everyone and Everyone 10, Down to the dot...

Have to say it was sure nice of sony to go to the trouble of doing that.

If your kids like music games, get DJ Max Fever.

That game has a Teen rating for Language and Mild Suggestive Themes but it's so mild most people may not even notice it. (bought it when it cost $40 and now it's only $20)

Yeah, but there is quite a few songs that are family friendly and it's friendly to play as well. You can adjust the speed so that your kids don't find it too difficult.

Added Innocent Life: A Futuristic Harvest Moon. My daughter is really enjoying this one. It's a unique slant on the sim genre.

It doesn't seem to have earned much critical praise, but players love it. I can see why--it has that very relaxing element like flOw.

Ah yes that reminds me there's also Harvest Moon: Boy and Girl or for a more RPG experience there's also Brave Story: New Traveler

Besides the ones mentioned in the OP, I would say Rockband Unplugged and Buzz Master Quiz, but those would be more fit for the 11 year old methinks.
