Did you check with your Internet provider to make sure they aren’t having any outages?
Did you check your router and modem to make sure you aren’t having any issues with those? Did you check all your connections to make sure nothing got disconnected? Did you reboot your streaming device? Or unplug, wait 5 minutes and then plug back in? Did you uninstall and reinstall the app? Please try all this and if you are still having issues, let me know and we can discuss next steps. |
