Dumb question but can someone tell me the diffrence in the pioneer vsx 1019
and the elite vsx 21.Is it worth the diffrence in price somebody please?

YES, get the elite

EDIT, sorry, but weight, meaning the elite probably has a bigger power supply and amp and will probably do a better job pushing its actual stated wattage over the 1019, other then that prolly just a few connections of features. (sorry not looking at the spec sheet at the moment)
