I really want to see all these movies in BD, especially Waterloo Bridge and Baby Face...

The only good TCM is the 1974 Tobe Hopper original, which I have on Blu!

Do they have an HD channel for Turner Classic Movies. If they do, I finally found my excuse to get HD Satelite television. Especially seeing some classics like Citizen Kane and some Criterion Classics not on Blu Ray.

Yes, they do. My local Time Warner is adding it later in the summer.

Edit: I'm not sure if you were asking about a specific satellite company, or just if the channel exists in general. As far as I know, the channel currently is only on Cablevision and Time Warner, in certain markets (mostly in NY). I'm sure over time it will roll out all over.

I live in a rural town, but they do offer TCM, If I were to get satellite TV, I would get DirecTV. The cable service here is TOTAL CRAP however, there were talk of HD channels in 2006, but there are no offerings of HD broadcast here, so the only option is to go for Satellite. I'm very disapointed if they can't have an HD broadcast for Satellite though for this channel. However I do prefer cable though (Far more stable if the service is good, and likely in a city.).

Yeah, I think TCM is a pretty standard channel on all cable and satellite companies. TCM-HD has only been added to some areas in the last couple of weeks, and will probably be picked up overtime everywhere else.

As long as I don't need to pay $100 a month, I will think about it.
