Yamaha BD-S667 BluRay Player

I have been searching for an affordable BluRay player with amazing picture and sound for many months.

I think I have found it with the Yamaha BD-S667
I used Sony, Denon and Pioneer BluRay players in the past but I have to say that this Yamaha is the best all around player especially now since it is on sale for $157 on amazon.com

It is not the heaviest player out there and in size I have seen bigger and built better, but for this price it is the best on the market.

It loads movies in about 15 seconds and the picture is state of the art and the sound is the icing on the cake.
A lot of people avoided Yamaha BluRay players but the 667 and I am sure the 671 must be even better

For the money I spent, I cannot believe how fast it loads and performs just as good if not better then my Denon 2500 BTCi

I know a lot of you prefer the Oppo BD93 or BD95 but at $499 or $999 it does not compete with a player that is on sale for $157 and msrp was only $329

So if you are on a budget get the Yamaha 667 or 671 BluRay player!!!
The new Yamaha BD 1010 Aventage is coming this year which should be even better.

All I can say that no Sony, Panasonic, LG, Samsung etc. will beat this Yamaha at this price point.
Plus 15 second load times are unheard of. I honestly do not care for the Netflix feature and I know a lot of people gave bad reviews on crutchfield.com about the 667 but I also believe Netflix should be watched on gaming consoles or Roku and Apple TV.
So I cannot say anything about the Netflix feature because I will never use it.

So buy one if you want a super fast loading BD player and want your sound to change completely.
I would give it 10 stars if I could.
So the truth is do not always believe the reviews people post online.
