I've seen Nicolas Cage wear some awful wigs and toupees in his movies. But which hairpiece is the worst of the worst? Who wore the worst hairpiece in a movie, which wasn't comic relief, but meant to be taken seriously?

Maury from Goodfellas.....he sold the wigs in the movie...his piece was great when DeNiro choked him with the phone cord causing it to come off and reveal the 2 way tape on his skin! lol

the all time worst Sam hair piece would have to be from the negotiator (a red piece!wtf! lmao) with that shark movie (Sam, LL Cool J and super smart sharks that were supposed to cure Alzheimer's ) comin in a close second!

Bruce Willis had some pretty bad ones in the 90's. Probably the one in The Story of Us was the worst. Thankfully he stopped wearing them shortly after that. One of the few follically challenged actors in Hollywood who's not trying to hide it.

I am confused at why people think Cage has fake hair in Bangkok Dangerous? If anything, it was fake in Ghost Rider and maybe some earlier films. As of today his hair seems normal for your avg middle aged man whos hair has receded quiet a bit. Since when does receding hair = fake? If you want to talk about fake/implanted hair go with Ben Affleck..

Cage in Ghostrider might have been one of the worst toupees ever.
