Question regarding a few Region B Fox releases

I usually buy my Blu-Ray discs from the UK, but there's a few Fox releases I want that were already released in several other European countries (Italy, Spain, France, Netherlands, ...), with no release date for the UK in sight, so I'm going to purchase them elsewhere. The thing is, as most of you are probably aware, Fox usually "downgrades" audio-wise their releases in some countries (replacing DTS-HD Master Audio tracks with lower resolution DTS-HD High Resolution tracks, supposedly to include a few extra dubs).

So I was wondering if anyone can help me out by letting me know, for the following films, which Blu-Ray Region B releases are not downgraded in any way (lower quality audio tracks, missing extras, ...) compared to the US equivalents of these releases:

-X-Files: Fight The Future
-Young Frankenstein
-Big Trouble in Little China (this one still wasn't released in the US, but the specs are known).

Big Trouble is in stock at dvdworldusa.com. Region free (at least AB anyway)

Yeah, since BTILC is region free, I already ordered mine from the US.

That leaves the other two. I'm particularly interested in the first X-Files film. Does anyone know of a Region B release that has the same specs and extras as the US release?

I don't know about about X-Files but Young Frankenstein has DTS-HD Master Audio in The Netherlands, France, Italy and Scandinavia.

Thanks for your help. An Italian store lists the track as being DTS-HD High Resolution (not Master Audio), that's why I haven't purchased it yet. No more reason to wait now.
