I know this might throw you off after reading. But I find this too important not to share.

First of all to all of you that come here to JUST talk about whether or not Han Solo shot first, Megan Fox, Or who still looks good after 40 (all great threads BTW) There is so much more information here as MANY of you already know and I took for granted that can and will really make a difference in your HT for almost no or little money.

PLEASE USE THESE PEOPLES KNOWLEDGE AND RESOURCES AVAILABLE HERE!

I would like to personally thank Big Daddy, Crackinhedz and Betaman to name a FEW. There are so many others I have also learned from. These simple things: Calibration, speaker placement, Bass management, crossover, cleaning up your wires and more. What I am basically saying is LISTEN to these people! I was the guy who just unpacked the boxes hooked the schnit up and left it alone.

So if you want a new system (and trust me when you do the research and tweak your stuff it will sound so much better) First be nice and start by searching the forums for a while for the info you need. Just starting a new thread for a question that has been asked a million times is just lazy.
Then the kind people here will be more than happy to guide you if the threads you find do not answer your questions.

Have fun and enjoy your "new" audio system!!

This forum helps pass the time at work. I help if I can. I've learned quite a bit on this forum. I start getting amps...biwiring..etc in living room I'll be asking a lot of questions on here (after researching of course).

You need a mod to change thread title. Betaman helped me change my ht thread title about a week ago.

Whoa! Thanks BD. I sent a message to Beta and now its changed. Forgot you are a mod. But anyway I wanted to get the attention of newbies and other to really take the time to read your stickies. Its unbelievable how good my system sounds today. The bass is rich, so non directional, stays on all the time( Used to turn off because I had my towers set to large) not muddy. I think just that large/small explanation made so much sense. I have a feeling that I am/was not the only one with hidden greatness right beneath my ears. Thanks a million again. Really!!!

If you want to get the attention of the noobs, you should use a title like "How I spent 24 hours with Megan Fox in a hot tub?".

wow BD, you would be so shriveled after even just a couple hours! Can you actually picture two people in a hot tub when that 24th hour comes about? Like two wrinkled prunes!

Wouldn't the heat kind of diminish once you spotted her thumb? Or would you be trying really hard to ignore it?

We shouldn't derail the thread.

I agree with the original post. If people read all the sticky threads, almost all their questions will be answered and they will have a much greater experience with their HT equipment.
