Playing divx movies off an SDHC card

I see my Panasonic DMPBD35EG-K has an SD card slot and can play divx movies of a cd-r.

Does anyone know if it will play them off the SD card too?

The BD35 can play DivX?! I didn't know this. I thought only the BD55 could. ::Off to try::

I download Divx movies to my computer. I put them on my SDHC card and play on my Dell Streak tablet.. Works Great! Now when I try and play them on my Toshiba BDX2200KU Blu-ray, it won't work.. What is the problem? I know it says it might not play downloaded movies from the computer and try anoty
her format. Is there a format I can change it over to that will trick the DVD player and play my SDHC card on my Blu-Ray so I can watch on my TV? I just bought a Vizio 55".. Anybody that can come up with a solution will receive $50! That's how bad I want to figure this out..

Are the divx in avi format? The best solution, reguardless of format should be geting a program like DVDfab or maybe even AVSVideo and converting the file over to vobs to burn to dvd. There are faqs all over the net google "divx to dvd". Check this link for freeware programs that will do everything for you... http://www.videohelp.com/tools/secti...dvd-converters

Let me know how this works out for you. I can play around with any of these and get you a working divx dvd method if you need. Now if your needing an sd or networked based method of playing these movies I don't know of any unless you convert these avi files to something your blu ray player can decode. Keep me posted.
