Blu-ray Motion question

Hi to all,
First, let me introduce myself as a new user. This is my first thread btw.

I have a question:
Have you noticed, in Blu-ray movies, the motion or how the people moves like they were computer animated?

Is this because of Blu-ray discs quality or because the a 24p frame rate or because the signal is 720p or just 1080p?

Also, I see that these scenes are presented in not all the movies and not all the scenes.

I have seen all this in only in stores... not yet in my setup (look at my signature)

I will really appreciate your answer.
